Please understand, while I am not an expert on collectables, glassware, jewelry, antiques, etc., I do my utmost best to offer clear and honest descriptions of all items that I offer for auction. Each item is researched thoroughly and sometimes appraised to insure accuracy before setting my initial bid or sale amount to ensure that the price is at or near its value. Most items are rated per the *The Book*, visits to Antique Stores and feedback from fellow associates. If any piece seems questionable, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will research a little further.  Make sure you use SparkysEmporium on the subject line when emailing. Customer Service:

Payment Terms

Payments are due within 3 Days of purchase thru Paypal which is safest way of payment for you and us as they are protected. Paypal accepts most major credit cards and some International payments.

Small items can combine shipment up to 3 items at a low additional price of $1.00 per handling. All other items are invoiced separately.

Sales Tax to be charged for shipments made to Florida: 7.00%

 

Return Policy
1. Feedback subject Returns within 3 days of delivery to discuss the problem.
2. Buyer must show that the item is not as described. Item will be compared with archive photos and documentation.
3. No substitutions. Customer revokes refund if he or she substitutes an item for the original. This is mail fraud and a federal felony subject to legal prosecution.
4. Refund = purchase price less credit card fees and less shipping and handling(when applicable).
5. Buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
6. Item must be returned via the carrier by which it was delivered.
7. Payment method does not affect the refund policy.
8. Returned item must be received by the vendor within 30 days of the date of purchase.

We can ship to any address within the continental United States.

(Alaska, Canada  and Hawaii will incur signnificant additional shipping costs

International Shipping:

We will ship ALL international shipments via USPS  requirements.   according to new standards which includes insurance and tracking. You can get an estimate for shipping your item by going to  http://www.usps.com/ entering your country,and the weight. Please DO NOT email us for international shipping quotes! Note that the detailed packaging fee will be added to the estimate, plus applicable insurance. We will ship out to al countriesl.
